If you haven't already downloaded the program, you can get it here;

https://infinitekind.tenderapp.com/kb/purchasing-and-upgrading/tria...

You can read the specifics, regarding the 'trial' version within the article. Then you should take a look at the User Knowledge Base.

The Knowledge Base is broken down into categories. You can also search by key word to bring up KB articles, or previous user discussions.

Should you have specific questions, once you get started, just post back here.

Regards,

If you intend to transfer your data from YNAB then the process you would use dependents on if YNAB allow you to export all your accounts in one QIF file or you have to export one QIF file for each account.
Which is the case?

derekkent23tag:infinitekind.tenderapp.com,2009-01-14:Comment/473197442019-06-02T23:15:42Z2019-06-02T23:15:43Zhow to get started had used YNAB

Thanks !

Candy stag:infinitekind.tenderapp.com,2009-01-14:Comment/473197442019-08-14T15:21:17Z2019-08-14T15:21:18Zhow to get started had used YNAB

I'm in the same boat as Cindy. Tried yesterday to transfer my YNAB account into Money Dance under the trial download and hit walls. Tried CSV and Qif file export before importing and it just didn't work. I also tried to get MoneyDance to sync with Dropbox, which is what YNAB uses to store files and that was a fiasco. It kept asking me to approve and then enter a 20 character code which would not allow me to copy and paste. Entered it manually several times and nothing. It's hard to determine whether this software will work for me if I can't even get started. Should I just reenter the accounts as new and try importing then?

Ivy Bischoftag:infinitekind.tenderapp.com,2009-01-14:Comment/473197442019-08-14T17:44:30Z2019-08-14T17:44:30Zhow to get started had used YNAB

I am not support staff, just a user.
