Hi,
I've not yet found the significance of the horizontal trident or pitchfork head in the transaction description field after importing my Quicken QIF file into Moneydance. I'm trying to reconcile my investment accounts and there are many of them. Can you please explain and possibly identify where in the User Guide or BLOGs they are discussed?
Thanks

    Hi Peter,

That particular icon was changed recently from a lower case 's' to the sideways trident.

The icon indicates that the transaction is the other side of a split transaction.

Here's a link to a Moneydance KB article describing transaction fields. The 'Description' section explains the 's' icon.
