<p>There is a syncing option using Dropbox. You basically edit the same file together.</p>

<p>Moneydance uses the concept of a data set (also called an account set) to house one or more accounts. So within a Data Set you can have any number of accounts, whether they be Bank, Credit Card, Asset, Liability, Investment etc. It is entire Data Sets that are synced between machines. You can sync more than one data set but each is totally independent. You could not for example have a data set on one machine a different one on another machine and use syncing to integrate them.</p>
<p>From your post I'm not quite sure exactly what you want to do.</p>
