Downloaded and installed Moneydance yesterday and am delighted with how easy it appears to make switching from Quicken, even after 20+ years!
Accounts and categories imported, but haven't found a way to import my saved online payee list. I was able to print and save it and can scan it. Can it be imported from a document, or Is entering a new one each time I want to upload a payment my only option?

Thanks!

    I'm a fellow user.

I'm afraid there is no provision in the QIF specification for online payees. Given the history of the QIF specification and its original purposes this is not a surprise.

The list is built from information sent from your bank while you are using the online banking capability, I do not know of any way you could import a list, I do not believe there is any way of populating the list other than from the information sent by the bank, hence I think the only way of building it is from using Moneydance and using payees as you need to.

I had a feeling that would be the case. Thanks for the reply!
