Trying again to move to Moneydance

Hello, I tried last June to migrate from Quicken 2007 to Moneydance. Now that I'm stuck at home I want to try again. I deleted all the old .moneydance files and have a current QIF file from Quicken. I need instructions on how to get started. Below is the only option I have.

    I'm a fellow user.

    One of the possible ways is present on the screen you have shown.

    "Import New account set - Transfer accounts, transactions and securities from a QIF or Moneydance File"

    The other way is to create an New account set then use the Import option.

    The version I was using is the trial version. I just bought the current version online.

    The trial version is exactly the same as a purchased version. It is fully functional, and the only limitation is that it allows you to manually enter only 100 transactions.

    I'm unclear from your response if you still need assistance on this issue. If so, can you clarify what didn't work with dwg's above advice?

    I have a QIF file ready to go but which of these options should I choose? I don't use Quicken Essentials, just Quicken 2007.

    Hello,

    Choose the "Import new account set" option, which below the option describes that it is the one for QIF imports.

    I deleted all the .moneydance files that I created in previous trials and then opened Moneydance. It’s working now.
