<p>Your problem is occurring because Chase have stuffed up their QIF files. The problem was identified some years ago but Chase have been unwilling to correct the problem.</p>
<p>The problem is that every record in a QIF file must be ended with a caret character on line by itself, Chase are not doing this hence Moneydance only sees a EOF marker which it tke a end of record and hence only loads one transaction.</p>
<p>You need to use OFX/QFX downloads which should work properly.</p></div>dwg
