There is a bug in iCloud Sync. Might be the same thing. Can you find and post your Console Log after the crash (errlog.txt)?

If you're using Mac OS X, it should be located at one of these locations within your Home folder:

~/Library/Containers/com.infinitekind.MoneydanceOSX/Data/Library/Application Support/Moneydance/errlog.txt

or:

~/Library/Application Support/Moneydance/errlog.txt

If you have any trouble finding your Home Library folder, open Finder and select Go -> Go to Folder and copy and paste in the following:

~/Library

This should pull up your local Library folder.

If you're using Windows, it should be located under your login directory at:

C:\Users(yourusername).moneydance\errlog.txt

or

C:\Documents and Settings(yourusername).moneydance\errlog.txt

Depending on your version of Windows

If you're using Linux it should be located in your home folder at:
~/.moneydance/errlog.txt

Stuart Beesley (Mr Toolbox)tag:infinitekind.tenderapp.com,2009-01-14:Comment/494366402021-10-15T13:09:49Z2021-10-15T13:09:49ZIcloud Sync in Moneydance 2022

Hi Maurice,
We are sorry to hear about the problem you have encountered.

Unfortunately, other customers have been reporting a similar issue in Moneydance. There's an existing ticket in our ticketing system so I've attached it to this discussion and the developers will be looking into it.
So, it would be very helpful if you could provide us with your error logs generated after the "crash" as suggested by Stuart (a very Knowledgeable Moneydance user) in post 1 of this thread.

Thank you

Then file/ restore from backup.
Use this as your master and turn on iCloud iSync.

Or to fix your current live file, load toolbox extension. Advanced mode. Click the button that says fix Dropbox one way sync. (Backup first).

Let me know?
