Purchased program but can't download program
Purchased Moneydance program but can't download. I get an .exe file but when I "open file" nothing happens.

It could help others and support staff to help you provide more information.
What is your computer operating system?
Did you download Moneydance from https://infinitekind.com/download-moneydance-personal-finance-software
If your operating system is windows is it 32 or 64 bit?
What happens when you double click on the file downloaded file Moneydance_windows_amd64.exe
Have you tried deleting the file and downloading again?
