Import features, multiple account profile
Hello I am evaluating money management apps.. I have few questions
1. Which file type for imports you support
2. Is the data saved locally or online with you.
3. Can multiple profiles be created who have separate account management.. For example. Father's profiles , sons profile, etc.
4. I am assuming single purchase will allow download in all platforms.

I'm a fellow customer.
I will try to answer some of your questions.
1. Moneydance can import formats like QIF, OFX, QFX, OFC into all account types and well formatted CSV files into non-investment accounts.
2. Data is saved locally
3. Yes you can have completely independent data sets
4. If you purchase Moneydance directly from the company the one license is good on all platforms, and you can use the license on multiple systems for the one purchase, purchases of Moneydance from third parties are subject to that company's conditions.
I would suggest you download the software and try it it in trial mode, the software is fully functional with a 100 manually entered transaction limit so imports are unlimited.
