After I enter my password, I get the attached error. What I'm doing wrong?

Remove all extensions. Restart.

just a user - then add them back one by one, and hopefully they will all work (as you might get a newer version that the one generating the error) - if not. report back which particular extension generates the error (and then remove it again to stop the error)

We are sorry to hear about the problem you have encountered.
You should navigate to Extensions->Manage Extensions and update the Quotes and Exchange Rates extension.
Restart Moneydance and the problem will be solved
