how to get transactions from my bank accounts to Moneydance
I just purchased Moneydance and want to download transactions from my bank accounts. "Download all accounts" did not work

Hi Cynthia,
After creating your account(s) in Moneydance, look to the following Moneydance KB articles for information that applies to your desired set up for online banking.

If you still run into trouble, post the version and build number of Moneydance it is that you are using.
The bank that you are trying to connect to.
Any error message that you are receiving.
To a lesser extent, your operating system.
