I would suggest you try it.
As that is system has an ARM processor, at this stage you would have to use the Window 32 bit Intel kit.
I have been talking to the developer about a native implementation and have provided a pointer for an ARM native version of the programming language, but I think such a version would be a ways off yet.
You need to download the Windows 32 bit kit directly from the download library, as it is not available from the web page:
