Chase Bank MoneyDance Plus compared to Moneydance?
I used Moneydance some years ago, but when Chase changed its communication protocols, I could no longer get Moneydance to work correctly. does MC work correctly with Chase?

Chase dropped their OFX direct connect support a while back, making it necessary to download manually from Chase's website.
MoneyDance+ was added, it is primarily a way to continue automatic downloads by connecting to the aggregator Plaid. Chase (and others) do download with MD+/Plaid. Plaid charges Moneydance for this service, so MD passes on that fee to users who want the service (it is totally optional).... That's the $4/month or $40/year add on.
