Request Pro version with invoicing

I'd love to use only Moneydance for my small business and personal finances, and I wonder if a pro version with invoicing would be possible?

Currently I use Moneydance for my personal finances and Moneyspire for my small business, where the pro version only has invoicing as the added feature, however payments are incorporated into the program so when the money comes in, you accept the payment in the program as a transaction. The regular program is something like $59.99 and the pro version is $79.99, however when you're already a customer, you can upgrade to the newest version for a reduced amount, much like here at Moneydance.

The amount of times this has been requested here really speaks for you! And I know from talking to many other small business owners that a lot of people would very much like (and would be relieved) to leave that one big company for a program that's simpler and more effective.

Thanks so much for considering a pro version with this simple add-on!

   If you only need the ability to produce an invoice I expect that could be achieved through a report, perhaps implemented by the way of an extension, this is less invasive than being in the core program. There would need to be static information stored - Business name, address, business number etc but it is not beyond the realms of possibility.

   Thank you for contacting Moneydance support.

   Moneydance is intended primarily for personal finance management and it does not have the features required to manage business accounts specifically. That being said, if your business finances are relatively simple, you should be able to use Moneydance to track your business assets and income.

   You can create as many income and expense categories as you need within Tools --> Categories. This is detailed within this article in the knowledge base.

   You can then use the 'Income and Expense' or the 'Income and Expense, Detailed' report to run reports about specific categories. These reports can be exported in a number of different formats. Reports are accessible from the left side bar (below your accounts) or from within Tools --> Graphs and Reports. This is detailed further in this section of the knowledge base.
