Can I use MoneyDance with Bank of America checking and credit card accounts?

Moneydance+ may do so. It is a $4/month or $40/year add on which can connect you to many banks that no longer support the OFX protocol.
I did look it up for you and Bank of America is listed as a supported bank.
You can download a demo of Moneydance, and get a free trial period with MD+ to see if it works for you (no immediate charge).
