Change Base Account Name
Using Mac OSX Mavericks
When I imported a Quicken .qif file, the new Moneydance account acquired a strange name. I want to change the file's name. However, I cannot find the this:
/Users/<username>/Library/Containers/com.infinitekind.MoneydanceOSX/Data/Documents
1. My Library>Application Support folder contains no infinite kind or Moneydance folder.
2. When I search only part of the name above—such as "containers"—nothing is found on my computer.

Hello,
Try opening Moneydance and going to Help -> Show Document Folder from the menu bar. This should open the default save location for Moneydance. Be sure to close the program before renaming your data file.
Please let me know if I can be of further assistance,

Thank you, Ethan, though I had to figure out how to open Apple's "hidden
folders."
