refund
I am requesting a refund. The lack of a decent primer or tutorial is making the switch from quicken to difficult! The display on my computer is so small I can't find things and the getting started section kumps all over!

Hello,
I would be happy to authorize a refund and I am inclined to offer you technical assistance first. This is not an attempt to get out of giving you a refund, if that is what you want let me know and I will authorize it today. However if there is something specific you believe that I might be able to assist you with I am at your service.
In case you haven't found it yet, we have detailed instructions with screenshots on how to use most aspects of the program at: https://infinitekind.tenderapp.com/kb
Regarding the display size, go to File -> Preferences from the menu bar (or Moneydance -> Preferences on a Mac) and in the General tab, adjust some of the settings. I recommend trying out the High Contrast theme, and perhaps also increasing the text size setting as needed. Note that after changing a setting, you'll likely need to restart the program for the changes to take effect everywhere.
I'd be happy to answer any other specific questions you may have.

Subject: Re: refund [Switching to Moneydance #26302]
Hello Ethan,
I have spent some more time with moneydance, but still find the
program not organized to my way of thinking. The help articles are all
to short, covering one single thing and not the complete procedure...
I want a refund.

I am sorry that our product did not meet your needs. I have asked our payment processing partners Paddle to process your refund. They will let you know when the process is complete from their end.
Please let me know if I can be of further assistance,
