I have started using Moneydance after having MS Money for three decades and successfully got most of my data imported from MS Money. Still got some cleaning up of payees and categories to do but at least the balances all match now.

One little "problem" I do have is the way Premium Bonds imported into Moneydance has not worked quite as well as I had hoped. Within MS Money they are set up as an "investment account" with the share price fixed at £1 which made sense when using MS Money as it tracked transfers and "purchase" of new shares (bonds) as well as prize-reinvestment. After reading the various posts on here, I set up my Moneydance profile with an "investment account" for the Premium Bonds for the import of QIF files which took a lot of manual editing of the entries and changing the options for each transaction.

Keeping track of Premium Bonds this way is unintuitive (at least to me being a new user). Is it possible to change the "premium bonds investment account" in Moneydance to something else that is less complicated (at least for me being a new user)? Ideally I don't want to have to manually re-enter each transaction, nor import everything from scratch so am open to suggestions from the more experienced users on what to do.
