<p>Do you mean data files from MS Money? If so, you will have to
export them into a compatible format before being able to import
them into Moneydance by following the detailed instructions at

already answered that: you will need to export your data into a
compatible format before being able to import your transactions
into Moneydance by following the instructions at the link I gave.
