Hello,
We have detailed instructions for importing from Quicken at http://help.infinitekind.com/kb/importing-from-quicken-or-ms-money/...
As the instructions explain, Moneydance cannot read Quicken data in their propitiatory file formats. You will have to open your data in Quicken and export it into the QIF format to move it to Moneydance.
