several questions:
 1) i know I can access this with mobil devices via an app and drop box, but I need a program where I can have the account accessed from both mine and my wife's desktop and a laptop, is there an iMac app where this can be done, do I have to buy multiple copies of the software?
2) I need a program for tracking my business, my wife's business as well as our home accounts, can this set up these sub accounts
3) can this also manage my accounts or import portfolio info from TROWE and Fidelity?

    Hi David,

I'm terribly sorry for our delayed response! Somehow your inquiry slipped through the cracks.

    1) You don't have to buy multiple copies of the software and you can accomplish this by sharing your data set with both computers. To share your data set between two computers running Moneydance (as opposed to a computer running Moneydance syncing to your iOS or Android devices), you need to move your data set to a folder that's shared by the two computers. We recommend using your Dropbox folder and you can do so by following the directions in this knowledge base article:

    http://help.infinitekind.com/kb/moneydance-2014/how-to-move-your-data-file-to-a-different-location-in-moneydance-2012-and-above

to move your data set to your Dropbox folder, then open the data set from there on each computer (only on one at a time, to avoid corruption) and your data will sync between the two computers.

    2) You can setup as many accounts and data sets (sets of accounts) as you like in Moneydance, however Moneydance is designed to work with personal finances rather than business finances, so there may be limitations in working with your business accounts, depending on your needs.

    3) Yes, you can download your transactions from T Rowe and Fidelity.

If you haven't already, I encourage you to download our free trial version and experiment with the program before you decide if you would like to purchase it. The demo version is fully functional and allows you to manually enter 100 transactions. Imported transactions are not limited, so you'll be able to fully test connections with your bank. If you decide to purchase the program at a later date you can keep all your data, the license key simply unlocks the ability to manually enter more transactions. You can download the trial version of Moneydance from here:

For more information on how to get the most out of your trial period, check out our [blog post on the subject](http://infinitekind.com/blog/getting-the-most-out-of-your-moneydance-trial).

Please let me know if I can be of further assistance, and thank you for your interest in Moneydance!
