cannot choose the existing account file
I am switching from Microsoft Money Sunset. I put in all the accounts in to moneydance first as instructed in your manual. I go in to file >import> and then try to select existing account in Moneydance and I cannot do this. It will only allow the new account button. What gives ? I put a lot of new accounts profiles in to moneydance. Is it overloaded ? I have not been able to load any account information from Money in to Moneydance unless I allow it as a new account. That messes up all my information. How do I fix this ?

You can use Command ⌘ instead of Control ^ on Mac

From the above I think what you are saying is that you did an initial "import info only" and on the second import you are trying to select accounts to put your data into.
The second import ( and I am assuming you are importing all your account in one import) can be set to "import to existing accounts". Please make sure that the import from another program box is toggled.
