Can I transfer data from MS Money

I have downloaded a trial version of Moneydance can I transfer data from MS Money and how please

   Nothing is easy!! Think I will have to continue with MSM and worry about it collapsing one day. I have it working on MS 10 but only because I found the appropriate patches.
