Matching Banking Transactions
Does Moneydance have the capability for me to post transactions and then have them match the posted transactions when downloading transactions?

If I understand you correctly, yes. Take a look at page 38 of the manual. It shows how you will confirm transactions when importing. If there is a matching/duplicate you can merge the entries and confirm.
