<p>If you are moving from MS Money, you may be interested in the
following article, which details how to move your data - <a href="http://help.infinitekind.com/kb/importing-data-from-banks-and-other-programs/moving-from-ms-money-to-moneydance">
http://help.infinitekind.com/kb/importing-data-from-banks-and-other...</a></p>
<p>There are two extensions you may wish to download. The
<em>'Money Foresight'</em> extension, which provides tools to
forecast your future account balances and review your past
spending. And the <em>'Balance Predictor'</em> extension, which
attempts to calculate and graph the future balance of an account
based on past transactions and scheduled reminders. Once you have
downloaded Moneydance, you can add these within Extensions -->
Manage Extensions.</p>
<p>Moneydance works with a variety of currencies, and can even
include custom currencies, so using Moneydance from the UK, using
GBP will cause no issues.</p>
<p>If you haven't already, I encourage you to download our free
trial version and experiment with the program before you decide if
you would like to purchase it. The demo version is fully functional
and allows you to manually enter 100 transactions. Imported
transactions are not limited, so you'll be able to fully test
importing your data.</p>
<p>If you decide to purchase the program at a later date you can
keep all your data, the license key simply unlocks the ability to
manually enter more transactions. You can download the trial
version of Moneydance from here: <a href="http://infinitekind.com/preview">http://infinitekind.com/preview</a></p>
<p>Please let me know if I can be of further assistance, and thank
yo for your interest in Moneydance!</p>

<p>I'm the developer of the Money Foresight extension. You won't
have any trouble using it for sterling accounts. (I'm based in the
UK myself).</p>
<p>It can forecast multiple accounts at the same time and if they
all have the same currency it will use that currency. If they have
different currencies it will display balances in your base
currency.</p>
<p>Hope this helps. If you have any more questions I'm happy to
respond here or you can raise a new thread on the issue tracker for
the extension:<br>

<p>Thanks very much, that’s great news. I have just bought a
Mac after 20 + years of Windows so I need to ditch MS Money. I plan
to buy Moneydance and your extension as spin as I have got used to
the Mac !</p>
<p>Thanks</p>
