SyncSpace collaboration not real-time updating in browser

I would like to use your android app to write notes on my tablet in my classroom that I can project from a computer and save so students can access later. I am having no troubles with the app and really like it. However, the browser version of the collaboration is not real-time updating. If I refresh the annotations will appear. Can you tell me the proxys being used? I recognize this issue might be because of my school's network.

    Hello,

    It could certainly be a proxy problem, but we can gather some information to find out more. Can you tell us what browser you are using? If you know how to display the javascript console (on the mac it is command-alt-C in safari, or command-alt-J in chrome) can you copy and paste any messages from there into your response?
