<p>Can you verify, using these instructions:</p>
<p><a href="https://www.dropbox.com/help/89/en">https://www.dropbox.com/help/89/en</a></p>
<p>if your Dropbox folder is located at:</p>
<p>/Users/(yourusername)/Dropbox</p>
<p>If it is located there, can you try changing it to a different
location on your computer (to within your Documents folder, for
example), then try disabling and re-enabling Dropbox syncing again
via File -> Syncing in Moneydance? You should be asked to give
Moneydance permissions to access your Dropbox folder and the File
-> Syncing window should say "Connected as: (Your Name)", rather
than the location of the folder on your computer.</p>
<p>If it isn't located there, then can you check to see if you have
a folder named Dropbox in your Home folder? On Mac OS X that'll
be:</p>
<p>/Users/(yourusername)/Dropbox</p>
<p>and on Windows Vista and above it'll be:</p>
<p>C:\Users\(yourusername)\Dropbox</p>
<p>If that's not your Dropbox folder, can you either rename it or
delete it (if it doesn't contain any of your data), then try
disabling and re-enabling Dropbox syncing as I described above and
see if that works for you?</p>
