twisting images bug

I have a bunch of png images on the canvas. Example attached.
Whenever I select an images and want to nudge it around it turns 180degrees. I can only undo - or delete and insert it again. Sometimes dragging an image twice applies the bug twice and everything is ok again. Sometimes it works as expected.
If I multiselect 3 images, drag, and one image does the twist... :(

It already surprises me that the import screen does not show the images upright. I always have to turn them. Maybe this is related?

I can upload my PNGs if you like and if it helps to reproduce the bug.

    Hello,

Just to help us understand the problem, are you rotating the images when first placing them, or after tapping the "Done" button when positioning an image on the screen?

If the latter, then the problem is possibly that you are rotating the entire canvas instead of the single selected image. Images can currently only be rotated when placing them onto the canvas.

As for the images being initially placed up-side down, can you describe how you are holding the iPad when adding the images? Are you in portrait mode or landscape with the toolbar on the left or landscape with the toolbar on the right?

    Thanks,
    Sean

I am mostly in landscape mode.
When I import the image and select it from the album, I twist and turn it into the orientation that I like. In this scenario the images come rarely upright but turned 90degs already. Then I tap Done and all is good like in the screenshot above.

Then I want e.g. to move the 2 ladies on the left. I lasso-select the circle and the triangle and get a blue glow.
    Then I move both images.
And when I drop them one of them has flipped 180degs!

    Hello,

We haven't been able to reproduce this problem in the way that you describe it, but we have found and fixed a general image rotation problem that will hopefully solve the problem for you as well.

This bug fix is part of a larger update that we're hoping to make soon, but we do hope to release it in about a month (as a very rough estimate).

    Thanks,
    Sean

    Hi Sean,
I had the same issue just yesterday. Hence I am still looking forward to the update of SyncSpace.
