What version and build of Moneydance are you running. See under HELP – ABOUT MONEYDANCE. For example, I am running 2017.7(1665). What version of the APP are you running on your phone. What syncing method are you using, Dropbox Folder or Dropbox Connection. Are you seeing any warning messages?</p></div>derekkent23
