I have changed my iPad and I wanted to sync it to Moneydance through Dropbox (which works correctly on my PC). IAfter downloading Moneydance from the store (IOS 12.2) I have started the sync procedure BUT
1) I should choose between two moneydance directories only; none of them corresponds to anyreal moneydance directory in dropbox
2) Tere are only two directories to choose in iPad among while there are 10 available directories (checked with dropbox)
3) Obviously iPad doesn't sync
What am I supposed to do? Regards

I am not support staff, just a user.

You don't sate which version or build you are running, e.g. 2019.2(1868). Also what Dropbox syncing are you using Folder or Connection?
Are just syncing a single computer and a iPad, no phone?
What is your computers operating system.

Without this information the following cant be detailed.

Assuming you are only syncing one data set.
On your computer set Don’t Sync as the syncing method.
    On the iPad app Disconnect.
If you have Dropbox Client installed on your computer delete the “.moneydancesync” folder in Dropbox. Otherwise delete this folder by signing into your account online.
Restart syncing from the start. Computer, iPad.
Give time between each step for Dropbox to sync.

    Hope this helps

Thanks, but the PC and my iPhone sync no problem. So the problem lies only in the iPad.

You still don't sate which version or build you are running, e.g. 2019.2(1868). Also, what Dropbox syncing are you using Folder or Connection?
You refer to your computer as PC so its operating system is Windows 10?

Without this information the following can’t be detailed.

    I would recommend resetting syncing.
