Can't sync laptop with desktop.
Unable to sync new laptop with desktop. It acquired all data at time of installation but subsequently does not reflect additional entries to the desktop accounts. The installation on my iPad works well

Hi Peter
It sounds like you may have more than one data set available to sync in the Dropbox folder “.moneydancesync” and your new laptop is connected to the wrong one. If you look in the “.moneydancesync” folder the synced data for a data set is contained in an alphanumeric named folder.
If you need more help with this then post your setup.
Version/build of Moneydance you are running e.g. 2019.4(1904). The operating system you are running on each of your computers. The Moneydance sync method you are using Dropbox Folder or Connection. Confirm the Dropbox account you are using on your computers is the same account.
