different MoneyDance versions between my Laptop and my PC

Hello I have not a good [DROPBOX FOLDERE] synchronisation between:
° my Laptop windows 10 2017.10 (1706)
° and my PC windows 10 2107.6 (1656) .

Can this difference explain the bad synchronisation? and why there is not an automatic update ?
I have a Huawei smartphone and the sync is OK with my Laptop.

Can you help?

    Hi Eveline

    You should always install the same version/build on all the computers you are syncing.
    This is the first thing to do before further investigating any problems.
    So update your PC to 2017.10 from https://infinitekind.com/download_2017
    The update is free.

    After upgrading as the above post correctly describes, let us know if the problem continues. If it does, please try to describe what's going wrong in more detail, such as if you are getting any error messages, if syncing works for only some kinds of transactions but not others, etc.
