SyncSpace copy sharing control does nothing

I've paid for the full version, but am unable to share.

    Hi Steve,

    Thanks for your message. Can you confirm if you're running the iOS/iPadOS version or the Android version of SyncSpace? When using copying the sharing link it should be putting the link on your clipboard so that it can be pasted into messages or other documents. Is that not what is happening? If so, what happens if you tap on the sharing button?

    It's the android version of the app. Running on Pixel 4 XL, OS version 11,
    build RP1A.201105.002.

    When I tap on "Copy sharing link", a message appears for a moment: "Copied
    sync link to clipboard". The clipboard is empty, though.

    "Sync: null" appears on the Sync page both before and after the tap.

    Hi Steve,

    Thanks for the quick response. Has Syncing/Sharing been enabled for this drawing? If the sync URL is "null" then it sounds like it hasn't yet, but I'm not sure. If syncing hasn't been enabled then there won't be any URL to copy, so that action really shouldn't be available. Either way, there's a bug, but if you can answer the questions above it will help me track it down.

    The "Share drawing" toggle on the same page is toward the right. (When
    it's toward the left, the "Copy sharing link" control is not displayed.)

    Hi Steve,

    I'm sorry for the lack of movement on this. If the status says "null" then it sounds like the drawing isn't being synced with the server. Can you let me know if you've gone through the subscription process to start a trial subscription for syncspace's collaboration feature?

    Would you be ok with doing a screen sharing session so that I could walk through the process with you and see what you're seeing? If so, can you let me know some dates and times that would be convenient?

    I don't recall ever doing a screen share from my phone, but I'm game. I
    could do 7:30-11:30a Pacific today.

    Hi Steve,

    I'm so sorry, I just realised the problem. I've left the wrong server address in the settings, so the syncing won't be working now anyway. I'll fix this ASAP and get a new version out to you. To confirm, I'm guessing if you open the settings on the screen that shows all of your drawings you'll see a server URL with "tikci" in it. That would be our test/development server which somehow made it into the release build. I also notice that it's not possible to change it from within the app, so it will require a new version to fix.

    I'm hoping to have this ready before the end of the weekend.

    OK, that's a relief to see.

    We've got a new screen sharing system that works with Android and iOS devices. So, could we try at 9:15am your time, in about 35 minutes?

    Could you visit https://sos.splashtop.com/ to download the SplashTop SOS app, run the app, and then send me the 9 digit code that it shows you?

    Also, I can give you a call to set it up if you'd like to send me a phone number or skype/facetime ID?
