I would suggest rebuilding sync.</p>
<p>Install/run toolbox extension. Enable advanced mode. Click advanced button. Click force refresh sync option. Wait a bit. Restart MD. Restart iOS device.</p>
<p>See if that works.</p>
<p>If not. Same procedure. But click force reset sync settings. Then set up syncing again from scratch. <p>Launch Moneydance again and take a manual back up of the file you consider to be the most up-to date . (just in case)</p>
<ul>

<p>Navigate to <strong>Extensions->Manage Extensions</strong> and install the <strong>Toolbox</strong></p>
</li>
<li>
<p>From from <strong>Toolbox Options</strong> (on top left corner) choose Update Mode.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Click <strong>Advanced mode</strong>again from the last column (on the right).</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Choose the option: <strong>Force a reset/Push of your dataset to Sync</strong>. Wait a few mins. This will reset and update sync with a new consolidated dataset.</p>
</li>
</ul>
<p>Then navigate to <strong>File->Syncing</strong> and choose a sync method.<br>
Preferably, Dropbox Folder (it's faster!)<br>
- Set or take note of your existing "Passphrase".</p>
<p>With "Dropbox Folder" Moneydance will just read and write files to your Dropbox folder on your computer, which means that <strong>you need to have Dropbox installed and running</strong>, but you don't need to be online in order for Moneydance to read and write the changes.</p>
<ul>
<li>Click on Show Passphrase and take note of it. (You will need to enter the same later, on the mobile app)</li>
</ul>
<p>Launch the mobile app and select Settings->Syncing via Dropbox->Disconnect. Restart your phone.</p>
<p>Launch the app again and choose the same file as your computer.<br>
Enter your Password to match the Passphrase on your computer.</p>
<p>Finally, enter a "dummy"" transaction on each device and allow a few seconds for them to sync. They should display exactly the same transactions.</p>

<p>It is my understanding that the App Store version does not have the Manage extensions option due to Apple restrictions - another black mark against using this version.</p>
