I've just switched from ynab to moneydance. The budget rollover currently only seems to work for the current month onwards. How do I apply the same budget rollover for previous months prior to Apr 17?
The arrow to select this rollover feature seems to be missing for older months.

Thanks

aeonlighttag:infinitekind.tenderapp.com,2009-01-14:Comment/424290672017-04-28T11:59:45Z2017-04-28T11:59:45Zold budget rollovers

Hi,

There should be an option called: Copy and rollover previous period to choose from the drop down menu here >

I have started creating a Monthly budget (it is now June, 2017).

I want to budget $100/month to "Widgets," and I want MD to show me that I have spent $437.50 in 2017 of the $600 budget-to-date.

If I spend $147.50 in June, I want MD to show me that I have spent $585.00 of $700 when July rolls around.

fj58tag:infinitekind.tenderapp.com,2009-01-14:Comment/424290672017-07-08T10:30:55Z2017-07-08T12:20:50Zold budget rollovers

Hi guys - I bought Moneydance last month and I cannot get the budget copy and rollover to work properly. If I have a budget set to £200 and spend £300 that month, when I use the copy and rollover, the figure that I'm shown as a result bears no resemblance to what I'd expect to see, i.e. only £100 available to spend, due to the overspend in the previous month.

I've seen a discussion thread on this dated back to August last year when the member of Support Staff said that a ticket was being worked on to fix this, so I am very surprised that in June 2017 I am still having this issue, which is nearly a year old.

lexy266
