When I switched to an apple, I was looking for a checkbook program that presented the calendar like Quicken did for Windows (and never did for Mac OS). I chose Moneydance because there was an add in that met my need - now known as moneyforesight. Initially free. Two years later - I had to pay $10 for "future upgrades." I did so, and at that point I could customize the calendar to change accounts and adjust the length of the forecast.

My computer crashed, I reloaded Moneydance and the moneyforesight add-in and alas - I was limited to basic functionality. Very frustrating.

Here is a reminder that you need to follow the registration process for registering the add-in (and download a version that you had access to)...somewhat complicated :-(
