<p>I think the only way to copy your budget on the default New Style budget is just month to month copying the previous period as you enter a new month. But you can easily extend or change the budget into the future with the Old Style Mixed Interval format. You just click edit within the budget and you get a window to modify the items amounts and date ranges. If you don't specify an ending date, it just continues as is. That's the version I use. When I get notices a few months in advance that my insurance or anything else is changing in the future months, I just simply edit my budget to show the Ending date of the old amount and add a duplicate budget entry with the future Starting Date and amount. <p>I think you will find the old style mixed interval budget much easier to manage. It automatically carries the budget forward and does not have the slow response of the default new style.<br>
