I am trialling MoneyDance and attempting to get the budgeting to work.

I have setup three categories to monitor , however they will be following a credit card, and as such the budget period is from the 29th of one month to the 28th of another.

The budget report is correctly showing the total of each category for that period but the budget manager screen and the budget bars are showing values from the first of the month. I have looked at various settings and cannot work out how to get the budget bars to look at the period I want.

I have set the appropriate date range in the edit budget scvreen but this seems to be ignored.

Any help appreciated.
