Unknown item in Budget Report

I ran a budget report for the beginning of this year (2021) and an item is showing up in a category that does not exist. However, I look for such an item in the register and cannot find anything in said category. Can you explain how this could have happened?
Also, I think it would be helpful, that you could drill down from the budget to show items that is reflecting in the account register.

Also, I think it would be helpful, that you could drill down from the budget to show where the 'actual' values come from in the account register.
