Why isn't retirement income listed as income in the Budget Summary

I have a retirement investment that I recently took a required fund distribution from. As a budget item, I listed this as income, Category Retirement income: IRA distribution. When I check the budget summary, it doesn't show this amount, not as income or an expense. It is omitted. Why?

    I'm betting this is related to MD not allowing budget items that are account to account.
    So if you have your investment built in MD and you show your distribution as a transfer from the investment account to your checking, MD will ignore that transaction in the budgeting feature. That also applies to loan payments, etc.
