I used Mint for many years, but I switched to Monarch when Mint was taking many days to post my transactions with my USAA credit card. I really liked Monarch because I could create my own budget categories and did not have to content with budget categories loaded by Monarch. Mint had many budget categories that I did not use and could not delete causing me to have to scroll through many categories before finding the category I wanted to assign to a transaction. I recently switched back to Mint because Monarch was frequently requiring 10 days or more to post transactions against my Fidelity credit card.

Considering the above, I have 3 questions about your software:
1. Have any users complained about the time it takes to post transactions against a Fidelity credit card?
2. Can I create my own budget categories?
3. Do you have budget categories already loaded, and, if so, can I delete your catgories?

    just a user,

Don't know about any issues with Fidelity credit card, but you have complete control over the categories. Change, add, delete to you needs

Fidelity are proving to be difficult for many financial programs.

The information going around i that they are trying to force organisations to only retrieve what data that they say they can and then only through a Fidelity subsidiary that they are charging a pretty penny for access through.
