Can't set up a fiscal year budget
Using the "newer budget format" I can't budget for a fiscal year that does not match the dates of a calendar year.
Using the "mixed interval format" I can't select the fields to fill in data, in contrast to the instructions that tell me to do that. It just won't let me do anything but leave all the fields blank.

just a user,
To edit the Mixed Interval budget. Select the Mixed Interval Budget on the left pane, then click Edit in the top right window. You will get a pop out window where you can add, remove, or edit existing items using the plus or minus at the bottom left of the pop out window. Then click OK when your done.
