defined in the budget. Therefore you must check "Include categories
not defined in budget" to have this show. At least that's how I
understand it works, I'm just a user like you.

Note that with a mixed interval budget you don't need to check
this.

Jimtag:infinitekind.tenderapp.com,2009-01-14:Comment/366924072015-05-01T16:18:17Z2015-05-01T16:18:18Zbudget report does not include some expenses in the actual column

Thank you for getting back to me. As I said in my original note,
"the
budget report is set to show zero amounts." The box "include
categories not
defined in budget" is checked. With the same report and with the
same
boxes checked, but the missing transaction's date changed to April
- the
amount will show. I think there's more to this than meets the eye.
If I
can send you any logs or reports, just ask. Thanks again for
responding,
Hamish.

Hamishtag:infinitekind.tenderapp.com,2009-01-14:Comment/366924072015-05-01T16:25:51Z2015-05-01T16:25:51Zbudget report does not include some expenses in the actual column

Sorry I missed that. I don't know what else to check. I
personally use and prefer the mixed interval style budgets, they
seem less buggy and easier to use.

Jimtag:infinitekind.tenderapp.com,2009-01-14:Comment/366924072015-05-01T20:03:09Z2015-05-01T20:03:10Zbudget report does not include some expenses in the actual column

Thanks anyway, I'll have a look at the mixed interval. best,
