<p>I'd recommend using a Budget Report to see if this will generate
the information you need. To run a budget report, go to Tools
--> Graphs and Reports. You can then select 'Budget' report, and
enter the desired options, date span, subtotaling preferences etc.
Then select "Generate". The resulting report has a number of
command buttons at the bottom, including Print and Save. If saving,
you will see the 'export options' window, and can choose the format
you'd like to use when saving.</p>
<p>I hope this information is helpful, please let me know if the
above solution does not provide what you need.</p>
