Hi Lance
I am afraid Sun Community Federal Credit Union do not have an OFX server. This means that it is not possible for any personal finance software to directly connect to them to download transactions. If they do implement such a server in the future we will be delighted to connect to them. In the mean time the only way to get your data from them is to download and ofx file manually from their website and then import it into Moneydance by selecting File-Import-OFX.
