directly through Quicken. Could that be the problem?

Jonathantag:infinitekind.tenderapp.com,2009-01-14:Comment/1442102009-05-06T21:40:51Z2009-05-06T21:40:51ZSouth Carolina State Credit Union

Jonathan, I'm not sure. We currently seem to have support for
SCSCU. But we do use the same protocols as Quicken so if they are
no longer supported, then we won't be either. I will look into this

Any news on a fix?

Jonathantag:infinitekind.tenderapp.com,2009-01-14:Comment/1442102010-01-06T16:42:42Z2010-01-06T16:42:42ZSouth Carolina State Credit Union

Hi Jonathan,

Unfortunately, it looks like your bank removed support for
direct connections. The best way to get your transactions into
Moneydance is to use a web browser to download them from your
bank's web site. You can download into QFX, OFX or OFC files (aka
Quicken or MS Money files), any of which will import cleanly into
Moneydance.

Please let me know if I can be of further assistance, and thank
you for your interest in Moneydance.
