Bank Download Questions

Bank in Question - SunTrust - website where I can see my account - although when I enter that, I am forwarded to a secure site "https:/ etc etc" which is the site I actually type in my screen name, password, etc.

When I attempted to create an account in MD (no importation - just create an account) I get an error saying the Bank Name is wrong. Attached are screen shots of the error message and the information MD says it has.

I am using the same login information I use in Quicken - know that because I got the information from the Quicken PinVault.

Using Mac 10.6.2 with what ever the current Java is (i.e. I keep my updates current)

Also I would like to know how to close issues -- I have accidently started one (on another board) and one has been resolved from my view point.

    Hi Gordon,

You've hit upon a small bug in Moneydance. Sometime when Moneydance gives an error, it shows in a window that is too small to display the entire message. This is happening in your case. Could you try creating an account again and, when you get the error message, click ad drag on the lower right-hand corner of the window to expand the message. Then paste the message here. Hopefully it should be more information than ju;st 'Bank Name: SunTrust".

Also, if the other case you were refering to is this one, we've closed it for you.
