<p>You've hit upon a small bug in Moneydance. Sometime when
Moneydance gives an error, it shows in a window that is too small
to display the entire message. This is happening in your case.
Could you try creating an account again and, when you get the error
message, click ad drag on the lower right-hand corner of the window
to expand the message. Then paste the message here. Hopefully it
should be more information than ju;st 'Bank Name: SunTrust".</p>
