Any chance I can automagically connect with DuPont Fibers Federal Credit Union of Richmond, VA using MoneyDance?
I'm using the trial version right now and I really like the product thus far.

Unfortunately, it doesn't appear that yDuPont Fibers Federal Credit Union supports direct OFX connections, which Moneydance (and other financial software) requires in order to talk directly to a bank. The best way to get your transactions into Moneydance is to use a web browser to download them from your bank's web site. You can download into QFX, OFX or OFC files (aka Quicken or MS Money files), any of which will import cleanly into Moneydance.

If your bank begins to support direct OFX connections in the future, we will be happy to work with them.

Please let me know if I can be of further assistance, and thank you for your interest in Moneydance.

    Hi Angie,

Thanks for checking into it. I've contacted DFFCU to ask them about their stance on direct OFX and whether they have any plans to support it in the future. This credit union isn't exactly known for keeping up with technology, but sometimes they see the light if they're pushed in the right direction. I'll do my best to get someone from IT to fill me in and if I hear anything remotely promising, I'll happily pass it along to you.

    Thanks for the quick reply!
