Online Bill Pay with Chase

I can not get the online bill pay to work with Chase. When I try to connect it comes back with the error statement "There was a problem communicating with your financial instituion. The details of this error are below". But there are no details below.

But it seems to connect because when I purposely put in the wrong password it states "The customer ID or PIN is invalid".

What can I do to solve this problem?
